· If you have not yet deposited a security question, you can subsequently request a security question after providing the requested data and by uploading a scanned official photo ID (e.g.: ID card or passport) (accepted image formats: png, jpg or gif). Once your data has been verified and the security question has been set up, you can have a link to renew your password sent to you at any time. · If a security question already exists for your university account, you will receive a link by e-mail after providing the requested data, which you can use to generate a new password. - Do you remember your password?
